Privacy Policy

Last updated: 05.10.2026

This policy applies to the otelgusto Hotel Price Assistant browser extension and the hotel search and reservation request pages on otelgusto.com, provided by GUSTOVA Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Jersey Travel Agency, TÜRSAB licence A-18492; Akçaburgaz Mah. 3126. Sk. No: 10-1, 34518 Esenyurt / Istanbul, Türkiye).

Single purpose of the extension

To show the Jersey Travel price for the same room on the hotel page you are viewing.

What the extension processes

• From the hotel page you have open: hotel name, city, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and rooms, child ages, room names and room prices.
• An anonymous installation ID created at install (a random number, not linked to your name, e-mail or device).
• Whether the panel was shown, clicked or closed (for measurement; no personal data).

The extension does not collect your browsing history, other pages you visit, full page addresses, location, payment or identity data. It runs only on supported hotel pages and only after you give consent. It does not change page content.

What we process on the website

• Phone number: to sign in with a one-time code.
• Full name and e-mail: to create your reservation request and contact you.
• Reservation details: hotel, room, dates, guests, amount.

Purpose

Data is used only to provide a price offer, process your reservation request and contact you about it. Your data is not sold, not transferred to third parties for advertising, and not used for creditworthiness.

Retention

If you use "notify me if the price drops" on an offer page, your e-mail address is stored only to send that notification; it is deleted 7 days after the notification is sent, when the check-in date passes, or at any time through the link in the e-mail.

Price offers are anonymised 30 days after creation. Reservation records are kept for the legally required period. Diagnostic logs do not contain IP addresses or page addresses.

Transfers

Guest name and stay details are shared with the accommodation supplier and the hotel only when a reservation is made, in order to fulfil it. Our infrastructure providers (hosting, messaging) process data only to deliver the service.

Cookies

The site uses only a session cookie and a language preference cookie. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights and contact

To access, correct, delete or object to processing of your data: info@gustovaturizm.com. Removing the extension deletes all data it stores locally. See also the KVKK Notice.
