These terms govern the use of otelgusto.com and the otelgusto Chrome extension. The service is provided by GUSTOVA Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. (TÜRSAB licence A-18492). By using the site or the extension you accept these terms.

1. The service

otelgusto shows prices for hotel stays and takes reservation requests. On supported hotel sites, the extension reads the hotel, dates, guests and room details on the open page and shows the otelgusto price for the same room.

2. Prices and availability

Prices shown are totals including taxes and fees; unless stated otherwise they may exclude local charges collected at the hotel, such as city tax. Prices and availability can change at any time. Each offer shows how long it is valid; after that the price is recalculated.

3. When a booking is made

The form you send is a reservation request. The booking becomes final when our team has confirmed the room with the hotel and sent you written confirmation. If the room cannot be confirmed, the request is cancelled and any hold on your card is released.

4. Payment

Where payment is taken, it is charged in Turkish lira. Your card details go directly to the bank's secure payment page and are not stored by us. See the Distance Sales Agreement.

5. Cancellation and changes

Each booking is subject to the cancellation terms shown on the offer page. See Cancellation and Refunds.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of names, contact details and guest information. Visas, passports and entry requirements are the guest's responsibility. The hotel's own rules (check-in time, age limits, deposits and similar) apply during the stay.

7. Using the extension

The extension is free and needs no account. It works only after you consent and only on supported sites. A price is not guaranteed for every hotel or room. You can remove it from Chrome at any time. The sites it works on belong to third parties; otelgusto is not affiliated with them and is not responsible for their content.

8. Intellectual property

The brand, design, software and texts on the site and in the extension belong to GUSTOVA Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti.. Hotel names and images belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited for claims arising from a price not being shown or an obviously erroneous price caused by technical failure, changes on third-party sites or data-source errors. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of your place of residence.
