KVKK Notice (Turkish Data Protection Law)

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), GUSTOVA Turizm Tic. Ltd. Şti. (Jersey Travel Agency, TÜRSAB A-18492; Akçaburgaz Mah. 3126. Sk. No: 10-1, 34518 Esenyurt / Istanbul, Türkiye) informs you as data controller.

Personal data processed

• Identity and contact: full name, phone number, e-mail.
• Customer transaction: reservation request details (hotel, room, dates, guests, amount).
• Extension data: hotel name, dates, guests, room prices and an anonymous installation ID. These do not identify you on their own.

Purposes

Providing price offers, receiving and completing reservation requests, customer communication, and meeting legal obligations.

Legal grounds

KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation, (f) legitimate interest; explicit consent under Art. 5/1 for the extension.

Transfers

Your data is transferred to the accommodation supplier and the hotel only to fulfil the reservation, and to hosting and messaging providers to deliver the service. Some providers may be located abroad; transfers are carried out in line with KVKK Art. 9.

Collection method

Data is collected electronically through website forms, the browser extension and WhatsApp.

Retention

Offer records are anonymised after 30 days. Reservation and invoice records are kept for the period required by law.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn the third parties it is transferred to, object to processing and claim compensation. Send requests to info@gustovaturizm.com.
